Senior Shop Drawing Engineer

Supervise a team of engineers in/by the following:

• Analyze all the given data and documents of the project
• Confirm that the time estimation of the tasks made by the team is compatible with the planning
• Make full review, control and approval of the detailed shop drawings prepared by the team
• Prepare Request for Information (if needed)
• Responsible for the tasks until their final submission.
• Facilitate problem solving, collaboration, decision making and provide technical support to the team
• Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, targets, techniques and tools to support task performance
• Prepare evaluation report of the team activities against the project requirements or schedule
• Develop and improve the team members and help resolve dysfunctional behavior
• Analyze the observations of the clients, respond and coordinate with their needs/mails
• Prepare delivery planning for the plans of the project
