Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Control:
- Monitor process and procedures within company to insure compliance with standards
- Responsible for KPI report delivery
- Monitor employee’s performance report through regulations and criteria.
- Issuance of access and business cards for all employees
CEO Personal Assistant:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and any other required documents by or on behalf of CEO.
- Build a filing system for all the signed documents by board with a clear serial number for the documents and reference materials.
- Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
- Manage and maintain CEO schedules, and appointments.
- Arrange and coordinate CEO meetings and executive events.
- Record, transcribe and distribute incoming communications to and from CEO.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors for the CEO.
- Coordinate project-based work.
- Arrange travel arrangements for company staff including tickets, hotels, and transports and visa. Identifying appropriate prices according to budget acknowledged by MD/CEO.
- Registering and reserving events attendance for HR Director/ MD/CEO, insuring payments, hotels, visas and papers availability on time.
- Coordinates with accounting departments concerning payments for arranged travels and insure payments processed
Job Requirements
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 8-10 years of experience in Business Control, Admin work
- Excellent Command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written
- Extra Language is an asset
- High typing speed (Arabic & English)
- Very Good usage of Excel, Word and Power Point
- Excellent in travel arrangements and online booking
- Assertive and high follow-up attitude
