Job Description
- Coordinate all tasks involving all the submissions of the project from and to other disciplines. Including correspondences, documentation. Review and approval of drawings, design criteria calculation sheets, BOQs and specs of a project starting from the preliminary stages of the project to the final stages of submissions (Tender package & construction documents).
- Revising and approving the drawings & documents of the project to be consistent with the building codes and regulations as permit requirements ministry decree regulations Fire fighting and civil defense codes (NFPA) , aware of means of egress requirement for the construction types , the occupant load egress with criteria and the exit access travel distances … etc
- aware of codes for water closets ,lavatories, sewage and other plumping systems ,
- Elevators and escalators calculations studies according to the (European Elevators code ).
- Provide all requested working drawings including all details and enlargements, BOQs , specs and method of statement for the projects.
- Manage the cost control process of the project within the approved budget, providing and analyzing cost estimation for the projects according to the specifications & criteria of the company.
- Review shop drawings, material transmittal's and other consultancy supervision tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architecture Engineering from a reputable university, with minimum grade (very good ).
- 4-8 years experience in a consultancy firms or real estate company.
- Professional in Auto Cad, Adobe Photoshop, Revit, Excel, and Primavera.
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, medical, complex and resorts projects.
