Job Description
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Explaining our training programs to new clients face to face or on phone.
- Explaining the application and the rules of the academy to new clients
- Making notes about all the remarkable phone calls in a report and attaching it in
- The daily mail to the training management
- Giving the registration form to the new clients
Placement test:
- Attaching the test bubbles sheet to the application
- Explaining the placement test to the students inside the class
- Playing the listening for them after an hour
- Guiding them to the oral test room
- Saving the tests sheets in a safe place until marking them later
- Making sure that the result is ready in max 3 days
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
