Job Description
- Resolving Cisco collaboration incidents achieving minimum resolution time with minimum customer impact through interlock with Service desks.
- Implementing complex changes for all B2G and B2GAAS customer through interlock with CMD teams.
- Carrying out customer minor an major projects through interlock with project management team.
- Carrying out system minor and major system upgrades.
- Delivering informative reports used by account teams for capacity management and billing.
- Supporting Cisco collaboration implementation team in the frame of TOC-CTE synergy program.
- Enabling service desk agents to promote service desk convergence.
- Enabling CMD teams to promote change management desk autonomy.
- Promoting Cisco collaboration technologies within the MSC by delivering Cisco collaboration upskilling program
Job Requirements
Educational background:
- BSC. of Networking or Communication Engineering
Technical knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Good understanding for all Cisco collaboration technologies & products.
- Good understanding of voice protocols and standards.
- CCNA Collaboration certified candidates are preferred.
Interpersonal skills:
- Coordination, teamwork and networking capabilities
- Autonomy and leadership (management of priorities, risks, reporting)
- Analysis and synthesis ability
- Presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- French is a big plus.
