Job Description
- Responsible for all the Recruitment across Prime Group subsidiary companies.
- attracting the right calibers to our opened job vacancies.
- Collaborate with hiring manager to define recruitment criteria.
- Interviewing candidates based on different types of interviews.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Proceed recruitment processes; such as conducting and updating Job description, CVs search, CVs filtration, phone screening, short-listing, interviews & head hunting if necessary, following tactics i.e. priory approved to allocate the right match.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Assisting in the OD Functions.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree
- Applying for Males only.
- At least two-years experience in the same field.
- HR certificate or HR Diploma Holder is more preferable.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Flexible, challengeable and growth mindset personality.
- Very good leadership skills.
