Job Description

  • Responsible for all the Recruitment across Prime Group subsidiary companies.
  • attracting the right calibers to our opened job vacancies.
  • Collaborate with hiring manager to define recruitment criteria.
  • Interviewing candidates based on different types of interviews.
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Proceed recruitment processes; such as conducting and updating Job description, CVs search, CVs filtration, phone screening, short-listing, interviews & head hunting if necessary, following tactics i.e. priory approved to allocate the right match.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates.
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Assisting in the OD Functions.

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Applying for Males only.
  • At least two-years experience in the same field.
  • HR certificate or HR Diploma Holder is more preferable.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Flexible, challengeable and growth mindset personality.
  • Very good leadership skills.
