Job Description
The Quality Assurance specialist is :
- Responsible for maintaining the University quality assurance system
- Promotes customer satisfaction and that positively impacts the financial performance of MSA.
- To work in relation to both the external and internal quality (Non Functional) requirements of MSA and all aspects of the quality assurance systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a related discipline ex. Science
- Good command of English language.
- Possess a higha-level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Very good command of using Microsoft package “PowerPoint, Word, and Excel”.
- Excellent Administration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Financial Literacy.
