Job Description
- Prepare the data required for the social insurance authority and taxes authority in regards to the present employees.
- Monitor all leaves (annual vacations. sick leaves. emergency leaves .unpaid leave. etc.) ensuring that relevant policies are adhered to.
- The complete hiring process and follow up on the insurance procedures and labor office procedures.
- Issuing personnel reports required, for tracking employees records.
- Communicate with the outsource companies to get required manpower numbers.
- Prepare payroll.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and Problem-solving Skills.
- Excellent Knowle dge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- Fluent in English
