Job Description

About the role

  • Responsible for customer follow ups, assisting customer on registration, pricing checking, order placing, making payment, shipment tracking etc.
  • Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email or chatting system, to answer questions, troubleshoot issue, promote services.
  • Effectively communicate with US office and warehouse for any shipping, order, tracking, and account issues, and work together for a timely solution.
  • Collect, analyze and summarize customer requirements and feedback for business improvement. Timely address critical issues to management for a quick resolution.
  • Responsible for building a tight and solid relationship with existing customers and potential customers.

Office Location: Arkan Plaza, Sheikh Zayed

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above.
  • At least half year customer service experience for online business.
  • Good oral and written ability in English.
  • Excellent oral and written ability in Arabic.
  • Excellent communication skill for phone calls and emails
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a changing environment
  • Strong learning and problem resolve abilities.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and good time management skill

Preferred

  • Experience in shipping industry is a plus but not necessary
