Job Description
Responsible for all communications with corporate clients and individual
- Develop and follow up the corporate sales plan of the Institute
- Achieving the financial targets of the sales department
- Keeping of the current clients of the Institute
- Find new clients for the Institute
- Develop the proposals and tenders
- Manage all corporate training programs (Technical & Operation)
- Design training programs according to customer needs
- Evaluation of the training in terms of achieving the expected objectives of corporate
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
