Develop quality control plan & ensure proper implementation.
Lead factory investigation team & find quality problems root cause.
Follow up on corrective & preventive actions efficiency.
Daily follow up on export product quality & final inspection.
Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, documented and results are analyzed.
Initiate lab testing working instructions, testing procedures and product specification manual.
Follow up on product inspection, daily measurements, daily testing & sensors, camera verification.
Create any required SPC templates for new product & lab working sheets.
Verify approvals time & quality.
Share with other departments daily product defects on the daily morning meeting.
Investigate customer complaints & follow up corrective and preventive actions to ensure proper implementation.
Work closely with production & mold workshop teams to solve repeated quality problems.
Follow up on trial system efficiency.
Cover QC supervisor and Q.C manager only on vacations for responsibilities.
Ensure all safety & Health rules are implemented by him and his subordinates in the department.
Implement all food safety rules and regulations as required.

Technical Skills Required:

Closure technical information e.g. closure drawing, RMs used & expected defects for each type of closure and defect severity rating.
Technical knowledge of camera inspection systems.
Fully acquainted with all QC SOPs & working instructions.
Understand SPC concepts.
Capable to create systems, SOPs & instructions for QC according to ISO standard.
Coaching skills.
Root cause analysis and problem solving techniques.
Capable to work with computer program e.g. Excel ,Word, Power point , SPC
