Job Description
- Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, and lawsuits, etc.).
- Researching, anticipating, and guarding company against legal risks.
- Structuring, drafting, and reviewing reports and other legal documents.
- Representing the company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials, etc.).
- Drafting and administering all contracts.
- Drafting legal opinions and legal researches.
- Filing legal documents with proper courts/government entities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of law.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of Legal Experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law.
- Proven background in corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, and licensing).
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
- Dealing with official authorities.
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Very good Computer skills and Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
