Job Description
- Structuring, drafting, and reviewing reports and other legal documents.
- Representing the corporation before administrative boards and court trials.
- Handling Corporate and Companies Law.
- Drafting a variety of legal documents including contracts, resolutions, and legal opinions.
- Preparing and filing government reports.
- Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of law.
- At least 3 years of Legal Experience.
- Legal issues understanding.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Very good Computer skills and Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
