We are seeking for a Telesales professional who will be responsible to sell to our customers and serve them over the phone from our office in Alexandria.
Achieving sales targets by calling customers and offering them our products.
Influence customers to purchase one of our products by following a prepared sales talk to give products information and price quotations.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Answer questions about our company and products.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Proven experience as telesales representative.
Proven track records of successfully sales quotations over the phone.
good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g CRM software) and telephone system.
Ability to learn about products and describe them to prospects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of English.
High school Diploma, BSC/BA will be preferred
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and complaints.
