Position Summary:
- The position of the Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all localization projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing localization projects from beginning to end, working closely with language specialists, localization engineers, internal business partners ,and external vendors
- Developing project plans and work-flows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control.
- Checking job requirements, verifying given instructions, and checking files upon receipt &on delivery
- Assigning the most suitable and available resources to a project making sure instructions are followed
- Run the necessary checks on target files before delivery
- Issuing the purchase orders to assigned resource with the relevant data
- Updating the project records, sending POs to the Finance
- Directing team’s deliveries to time-lines and product quality, including responsiveness and professionalism towards both internal and external clients.
- Leading project/client/business partner meetings and conference calls, including project kick-off meetings.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation.
- Maintaining informative and professional communication with clients, resources, and colleagues
Job Requirements
- Disciplined, Accurate, and committed
- Language: Fluent English writing, reading, and speaking
- Experience: Previous experience in Localization positions will be a plus
- Willing to understand, and track the flow of the projects received
- Good relationship-building and communication skills
- Knowledge of CAT tools is an advantage
- Commitment to a high level of professional customer service
- Excellent IT skills.
