Wasla is hiring now “HR Recruitment Specialist”
About the Job:
- Build pool of qualified candidates for various of positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements.
- Present Wasla in job fairs, open days to promote our employer brand.
- initiate new sources, and using current sources efficiently.
- Conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate the candidate's language fluency.
- Conduct initial face to face interviews, using interviewing techniques to evaluate the candidate's knowledge, skills,and attitude.
- Prepare periodic reports to evaluate the recruitment performance.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
- Location: Heliopolis (El Korba)
Job Requirements
- Graduates , Maximum age 28
- Experience or HR background
- Has Strong Data base and wide network
- Fluent English is a Must .
