Job Description

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors
  • Answering phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department if needed
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (ex: emails, faxes)
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Arranging couriers

  • Keeping the reception area tidy

  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties

Job Requirements
