Job Description
- Develop & implement marketing strategies for the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
- Respond to customers inquiries in appropriate timing.
- Create attractive contents to drive traffic & engagement.
- Advocate on behalf of the company by engaging in dialogues.
- Report complaints & negative feedback to appropriate management.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, technologies, platforms that best support our customers' segments.
- Deliver monthly reports/analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience.
- Digital marketing certificate is a plus.
- Strong creative skills.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms & online marketing channels.
- Excellent writing skills in English & Arabic.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Flexible, Energetic & Customer focused.
