Job Description
- Implement the service portfolio plan for customers in the designated area.
- Plan and Organize the necessary Service Visits to Customers.
- Deliver the necessary reports to the Key accounts Manager.
- Prepare the annual Sales Budget for his designated area.
- Perform regular check ups on customers satisfaction level.
- Monitor and Evaluate Accounts Manager’s sales targets.
- Ensure that our reports / Demos / surveys / tools / activities are being delivered to the right person through the right way.
- Conducted business review report with high level management to recap our service portfolio to ensure growing & developing our business partnership/adding value quarterly basis.
- Managing the approaching & Implementation of our new swimming pool electro-chlorination system through a communicated plan for each account manager.
- Increase the gap with competitors by cost saving programs, tailor-made solutions, quality programs and equipment to be invested on site.
- Ensure product innovations are sold in the market.
- Organize on site advanced seminars with KA to have strong focus on the customers and improve the PR with them.
- Coordinate & Facilitate the customers’ dues collection.
- Assure the quality & consistency for Diversey products and solutions.
- Meeting with the high level management to ensure delivering the best service level meanwhile achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Clarifying the business scope & adding value between both parties.
- Strengthen our brand & enhance customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Trainer & responsible for delivery of DWOS & TTT (Diversey Way Of Selling & Train The Trainer program) to our new comers employees.
- Responsible for hospitality training delivery for all employees & training coordinator for the new comers training plans.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Chemistry or any related discipline.
- Good communication at all levels of the customer's organization.
- 3+ years Sales /Key Account management & business development experience.
- Functional basic knowledge in business management and finance.
