Job Description
- Close monitor of field force activities within a specified territory to achieve established sales targets.
- Coach Field force on the technical aspects of the organization’s products.
- Ensure proper coverage of customers as per agreed action plan.
- Generation of prescriptions driving sales within assigned territory.
- Implement sales and marketing plan of action.
- Accurate and updated database for assigned territory identifying new customers and adding to the existing customer database.
- Introducing Company’s products to customers delivering product message given from marketing team and implement products strategy.
- Monitor supply of products to customers as per their purchases requests.
- Analyze business potential in his assigned territory and report to his superior.
- Contribute ideas/feedback to managers and marketing team that help to develop business plan.
- Promote Company’s image and products through professional presentation.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English and computer.
