Job Description
- Maintaining client contact by in personal meetings, telephone, electronic messaging
- Attend clients’ meeting and ensure prompt and accurate answers to their queries
- Contact clients to understand their requirements and report on the status of accounts
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly
- Promote new products/services to existing customers
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, management, accounting, and technical service groups
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers’ value to the organization
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Participates in trade shows and conventions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Create campaigns for paid ad networks like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Adwords.
Job Requirements
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in similar position as well as good business-to-business Sales background with a proven track record
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms.
- The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas.
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Preferred BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills both English and Arabic
- Ability to work under pressure, complete tasks in timely and accurate manner with limited direction and guidance
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude to interact with diverse groups of individuals
- Critical thinking, attention to details, and strong problem-solving skills are required
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
- Experience in E-marketing is a must
