Job Description
- Provide first line support for all users
- Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem.
- Perform hardware and software installations.
- Respond to users Tickets and requests
- Provides peripheral equipment support (e.g., printers, scanners, faxes, and cameras), wireless networking, Laptop support etc.
- Some positions are accountable for maintaining inventory of IT equipment.
- Research and troubleshoot basic to mid-level IT related issues.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required “computer science or engineering”.
- Level of English: Very Good.
- 0-1 Year experience.
