Job Description
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences (E-mail- letters- fax-packages etc).
- Organize travel arrangements for the General Manager (visa- transportations- accommodations) and prepare payments.
- Receive and screen phone calls.
- Maintain GM agenda, assist in planning appointments, conferences and meeting.
- Reminding GM with the important tasks and deadlines.
- Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and minutes of meeting.
- Manage database and filing system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- From 3-5 years of secretarial/administrative experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
