Job Description

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences (E-mail- letters- fax-packages etc).
  • Organize travel arrangements for the General Manager (visa- transportations- accommodations) and prepare payments.
  • Receive and screen phone calls.
  • Maintain GM agenda, assist in planning appointments, conferences and meeting.
  • Reminding GM with the important tasks and deadlines.
  • Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and minutes of meeting.
  • Manage database and filing system.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • From 3-5 years of secretarial/administrative experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
  • Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
