Job Description
- Create and maintain a positive work environment and prevent social conflicts through developing network and adequate communication with all employees.
- Manage the HR operations function in a timely & efficient manner.
- Ensures that payroll and people administration respects local and group compliance.
- Provide responsive, high quality advice supporting managers on all aspects of the human resources function with an emphasis on taking shared responsibility an ownership for decision-making involving employee issues.
- Study and analyze existing vacancies and budgeted Manpower in alignment with Company objectives to provide an effective and appropriate workforce supporting the company growth and performance objectives
- Coaching /advising & challenging managers in the implementation of HR processes (recruitment, promotions, PMS etc...) to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with.
- Supervise the implementation of the annual salary review process to provide the management team with appropriate processes and guidelines within budget and the time frame.
- Oversee and manage Performance Management system
- Responsible in setting training plan for all employees
- Responsible for updating the HRIS of the company success factors to ensure that the system is kept updated with all the monthly transaction
- Responsible for building the HR Policies and Procedures Manual for the company in ligament with global standards
Job Requirements
- University graduate
- Very good communication skills.
- Profound knowledge about the Egyptian labour law
- From 5 to 7 years related experience different HR functions
- Excellent command of English language
