Job Description
- Issuing HR Letters & opening Bank Accounts.
- Recommend most efficient and cost effective sourcing strategies for hiring managers (e.g., agencies, internal postings, job bidding, social media, job fairs, college recruitment).
- Announce job openings within the organization.
- Choose a group of potential applicants for managers to interview (screening resumes, conduct phone interviews and Conduct first HR interview for Junior Level).
- Schedule 2nd interview & final interviews with managers and applicants.
- Organize assessments of applicants (for example, schedule and score assessments, share results).
- Coordinate the final selection process (for example: check references).
- Coordinate the employment offer ( for example, start date, salary, benefits)
- Prepare for the new hire’s arrival (for example, get identification documents and required forms and equipment )
- Report recruiting metrics (for example, the number of applications received, the number of candidates interviewed, the number of applicants hired (yield ratio for each step)
- Coordinate orientations for new employees Junior level (for example, discuss the company’s expectations for the position, review the employee handbook, explain the benefit plans).
- Support employee development by administering learning and development programs to achieve desired outcomes by the organization.
- Create job description in partnership with Talent Acquisition manager to ensure that requirements are accurate and up-to-date.
- Responsible of training needs survey.
- Responsible of quarterly surveys to assure employee satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- BSC in any related field
- Fluency in english is a must
- 3-5 years of experience
- experience in HR outsourcing company is a plus
