Job Description

  • Work with the digital team to create lead generation funnels and tactics across all digital Marketing channels.
  • Develop ways to improve referral tracking with agents, and branch managers
  • Create nurturing programs, sales scripts and playbooks
  • Devise effective protocol to assign leads to agents
  • Vet and qualify online leads and field inbound calls from prospective clients
  • Research online leads to provide agents with additional contact info
  • Follow up with agents to report lead status and stages to ensure corporate CRM is up to date.
  • Compiling & Preparing Sales reports for each sales team member and overall report about the performance of the sales department.
  • Train newcomer on the CRM system applied.
  • Coordinate the feedback loop between the sales teams and the CRM Developer to fix any issues in the system.

Job Requirements

  • Min 2 years of experience in the same position in a real estate Company.
  • BA in Business Administration or any other related Field.
