Job Description
- Work with the digital team to create lead generation funnels and tactics across all digital Marketing channels.
- Develop ways to improve referral tracking with agents, and branch managers
- Create nurturing programs, sales scripts and playbooks
- Devise effective protocol to assign leads to agents
- Vet and qualify online leads and field inbound calls from prospective clients
- Research online leads to provide agents with additional contact info
- Follow up with agents to report lead status and stages to ensure corporate CRM is up to date.
- Compiling & Preparing Sales reports for each sales team member and overall report about the performance of the sales department.
- Train newcomer on the CRM system applied.
- Coordinate the feedback loop between the sales teams and the CRM Developer to fix any issues in the system.
Job Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience in the same position in a real estate Company.
- BA in Business Administration or any other related Field.
