Job Description
- Managing the existing primary team and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals, allocating tasks to staff & oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
- Evaluate the objectives of developer’s to identify their needs and requirements.
- Perform phone calls and present projects which match client’s needs & follow up with them.
- Handling meetings and site visits with the client.
- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure deal.
- Report all the closed deals clients to the Sales Manager.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Monitor team performance and send performance reports to the management board periodically
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Real Estate industry and previous experience in the supervisory level
- Must own a car.
- Fluent in English
- Punctual & organized
- Good at online marketing
- Excellent communication skills, Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and leadership skills.
- Ability to use statistical techniques to analyze and fulfill client requirement.
- Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives.
- Demonstration of positive team player spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organization.
- Collecting, interpreting, problem-solving, decision-making, research skills.
- Attentive to details & has very good follow-up skills
- Computer Skills (especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
