Job Description
- Assist service providers who have specific inquiries regarding their claims.
- Provide the callers with any information needed regarding their payments/checks status.
- Deal with providers face to face and help in resolving any customer complaints.
- Update and respond to the CRM.
- Support and Follow up with the Finance department.
- Assist the finance team in other tasks as assigned.
- Working hours: Either from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or from 9 a.m. to 5.30 a.m.
- Days off are on Fridays & Saturdays.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of any discipline.
- Good command of written English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hard-worker, Team-player in addition to the ability to handle stress.
- Customer Service experience is a big plus.
