Job Description
- Preparing sub-contractor bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Taking part in issuing owner, subcontractors, and suppliers’ invoices.
- Preparing Quantity survey for all project items.
- Close monitoring of contractors, consultants and suppliers activities.
- Studying the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Maintaining organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. working drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders … etc) and coordinating with different teams to get these documents issued.
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and preparing invoices.
- Bsc Degree in Civil/Structural or Construction Engineering.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD is a must.
- Revit is a plus.
