Job Description
- Follow the Company Policy and Procedures in Running Secure Information Technology environment
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
Job Requirements
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Servers Management (Hyper-V/ Azure / O365/Windows Server 2012/2016) and data backup/recovery
- Good Knowledge of troubleshooting “Apple Workstations/Adobe CS”
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline;
- Professional certification: MCITP/ MCSE/ CCNA.
