Job Description

  • Identify New leads
  • Close sales and achieve the SEASONAL target.
  • Maintaining and tracking clients reports on CRM and directly communicate it with the branch Manager .
  • Opening new corporates accounts (Organizations, Schools etc.)
  • Making soft calls to offer our travel agency services
  • Attending meetings with potential clients
  • Generating new leads and effectively following up with them to convert them to clients.
  • Researching and analyzing new sectors (e.g. Pharmaceutical, Education, Advertising etc. )and identifying potential deals
  • Manage knowledge about the booking process and all services available for potential clients.
  • Writing Daily Progress reports to Branch Manager and CEO.

Job Requirements

  • More than one year of B2B sales / Business Development sector experience is a Plus preferably in Travel and Tourism Field .
  • Bachelors degree in , Travel and Tourism, business administration, accounting or finance, English section
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with CRM is a Plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong computer skills with various Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
  • Work under pressure
  • Having contacts within corporate/organizations/schools/companies is a plus
  • Sound knowledge about destinations outside Egypt to be able to promote them
  • Sound knowledge about services provided by travel agencies
  • Ability to conducting outdoor meetings with potential clients
  • Simply capable of making new deals happen
  • Lives Near to 5th settlement , New Cairo is a Must
