Job Description

Blink22 is a young growing startup with a unique culture powered by creativity, transparency, pro-activity and discipline, we are looking for People Partner whose main responsibility is to help to enhance culture and building a more productive environment.

Responsibilities:-

  • Work on ensuring a happy and productive work environment and ensure that Blink22 team is having the best experience working at the company.
  • Understanding company culture and core values and try to reflect them in company activities and processes.
  • Assist in upholding company culture and core values along with company growth.
  • Help to achieve strong team members relations and build attractive reward, recognition programs and engagement strategies.
  • Work with team members on developing their skills and achieving long-term goals
  • Create and promote online presence for Blink22 as an employer.
  • Develop and execute hiring plans.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and provide reports that support decision making in specified areas.
  • Organize 360s feedback and team evaluation and one to one meetings.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements:-

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures for the software industry.
  • Very comfortable with ambiguity in a startup growth environment. Comfortable building process from scratch.
  • Highly proactive style of work, with a demonstrated track record of developing innovative approaches.
  • Excellent command of English: written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Interest in working both on day-to-day HR tasks, and special projects
  • Ability to build strong relationships with co-workers.
