Job Description
- An Agile subject matter expert responsible for acting as a leader, educating the team on the Agile methodologies and build collaborative culture within the team.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Technical and coaching experience in the Software Field.
- Experienced as Scrum Master role for at least 2 (two) years for a software development team
- Working understanding of different agile methods.
- Deep understanding of Test Driven Development.
- Deep knowledge of Agile approaches – Kanban, Scrum, XP, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques.
- Proven ability to coach and train different teams to implement agile concepts and principles.
