Job Description

  • Responsible for all company local & international purchasing
  • Obtain price quotes from multiple suppliers
  • Purchase the highest quality at the lowest possible price and incorrect amounts.
  • Search and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service
  • Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and Information to determine reasonable prices.
  • Keeping track of historical purchases through a database of old Purchase orders, Offers and bidding evaluations files (kept as reference for the future).
  • Contact suppliers and distributors to get quotations.
  • Manage the Purchase Order life cycle process.
  • Analyze and compare price proposals to determine the best price.
  • Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, and distribution capabilities, and the supplier’s reputation and history.
  • Tracks orders status.
  • Prepare sales quotations for the sales team.
  • Managing the stock items in the warehouse.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • Time management skills
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Experience in purchasing of IT hardware and software is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word – Excel – outlook )
  • 4-5 years’ experience in purchasing.
