Credit Manager (Banking Experience)

The Credit Manager is responsible for managing all activities of processing, underwriting, and collection. He should have at least 7 years of consumer/retail lending experience

• Manage, monitor and control the credit and collection functions
• Coordinate with all departments who generate leads
• Give final loan approval depending on authority level
• Ensure smooth workflow and reduced turnaround time
• Conduct daily and monthly reports
• Supervise collection staff

• Follow up on the collection portfolio with credit and collection staff
• Maintain a healthy loan portfolio and delinquency levels
• Recommend amendments to credit policy as deemed necessary
• Abide by group policies and procedures
