Job Description
- Maintain Sales Target with net profit from 1st month.
- Handle holidays packages for group and individual.
- Responsible for reservation and sales management.
- Marketing for tourism offers..
- Handling (outgoing,incoming,domestic) Requests including accommodation, Transportation, excursion Tours.
- Arrange travel for business and vacation customers.
- Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs.
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips.
- Handling outgoing packages from A to Z Including accommodation, aviation , visa, tours... etc.
- Arranging Tailor Made and Fixed Outbound Packages.
- Closing sales with clients and achieving monthly target
Job Requirements
- Excellent Knowledge about destinations (especially Far East and Europe)
- Excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
- Very Good English Language Level (writing – understanding).
- Customer service skills are a must.
- Amadeus experience is a plus
- Lives near heliopolis is a plus.
- Experience 5+
