Owning customer problems and concerns regarding Hitachi Storage systems, eliminating them and/or coordinating with the responsible personnel, following up on them until they are solved.
Provide on-site Hitachi Technical support when needed.
Account Management by conducting regular meetings with the customer to discuss customer's long-term support plans.
Provides Hitachi technical and/or business consultative leadership for Sales team.
Responsible for management of PM life cycle process for Storage projects from kickoff to customer hand-off.
Maintains awareness and involvement in existing or potential customer escalation issues.
Monitors direct report employee job performance and provides coaching, and counseling
Identification of development plans to maximize employee performance.
Development of strong partner relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Build strong internal relationships.

Bachelor degree -Engineering / Computer Science.
10-15 years’ experience providing Storage systems technical support and Consultation, Preferred Hitachi Data Storage systems.
If not then EMC experience.
Excellent English written and verbal skills.
