As a scrummaster/teamlead you are responsible for the smooth running of a small team of 5 developers.
Organizing and facilitating sprint planning, sprint reviews, stand-up meetings.
Report on the progress of the project to the project manager.
Process improvements and motivate the team.
Keep up to date with the latest evolution and trends in agile scrum methodology and IT in general.

You have several years of experience as a scrummaster/teamlead in software development projects.
You have minimum 7 years experience as a java developer (expert)
Knowledge and experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle and (agile) application lifecycle management.
Analytical insight to understand and structure complex issues.
Innovative thinking and organizing are essential skills.
People management skills: motivate project staff, assess competencies and help employees grow.
Good communication skills, both to the team, the customer, and the management.
Pro activity and stress resistance are required.
