Job Description
IT engineers apply their technical knowledge to solve a variety of technological challenges. They may also create new technologies, including the development of networking solutions and software programs. A bachelor's degree is generally required
IT engineers help to meet their employer's needs for computer hardware, software and networking tools. They work to develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software. As part of this process, they work to create proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed instructions to help other employees make the best use of new technologies.
- Install new hardware and software.
- Setting up accounts for company employees with passwords and permissions.
- Monitoring a company’s systems with security the prime objective.
- Fixing network faults.
- Coming up with IT solutions to fix a company’s problems.

- Ensuring staff is properly trained on new systems
- Co-ordinating sales projects
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Support Product Management / Marketing to ensure company products and services are offered with appropriate, competitive terms and conditions
- Monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes.
Job Requirements
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree only
- Experience Needed: Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Ability to adapt to the different work trends.
- Language: Fluent English is written and spoken.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office, LANs
