Job Description

Provide office management duties to Head of Securities Brokerages and the team, and to support, operations by maintaining secretarial and administrative responsibilities.

  • Assume responsibility for the overall execution and planning of all travel logistics of the Head of Securities Brokerages and the team locally and abroad.
  • Organize, plan, and coordinate meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Review and screen incoming correspondence, prepare outgoing correspondence, and process documents as required.
  • Ensure all telephone call queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, including handling and forwarding queries.
  • Manage information flow into and out, including email prioritization, ensuring follow up with Management the appropriate employees as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative work.
  • Experienced with highly confidential information.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving ability.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude.
