Job Description
Provide office management duties to Head of Securities Brokerages and the team, and to support, operations by maintaining secretarial and administrative responsibilities.
- Assume responsibility for the overall execution and planning of all travel logistics of the Head of Securities Brokerages and the team locally and abroad.
- Organize, plan, and coordinate meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
- Review and screen incoming correspondence, prepare outgoing correspondence, and process documents as required.
- Ensure all telephone call queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, including handling and forwarding queries.
- Manage information flow into and out, including email prioritization, ensuring follow up with Management the appropriate employees as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative work.
- Experienced with highly confidential information.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving ability.
