Job Description
- Mainly responsible for Scheduling appointments, handling phone calls.
- Work on the CRM, handlings leads’ distribution.
- Update inventories.
- Provide guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities in or outside the property.
- Report to the Sales manager and the vice CEO.
