Job Description

  • Handling incoming leads and the distribution of it through the phone, social media or any advertising channels.
  • Monitoring data/listings entry updates on the CRM, Property Finders, OLX …etc. systems.
  • Gathering information required from sales team to update sales reports.
  • Gathering & update market/competition data.
  • Gathering new project surveys data.
  • Arrange and participate in meetings and sales team activities
  • Maintains a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards
  • Works on shift basis during weekends through home “Answering phone calls, Responding any inquiries over the social media such as: Facebook”
  • Conducting Quality/ follow up calls to maintain the best service presented to the clients.
  • Order office supplies and monitor inventory. “Petty Cash”
  • Assist staff with administrative duties as requested, to include but not limited to: faxing, mailing.
  • Assume receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phone, route calls, and take messages.
  • Other related duties might be assigned according to business needs.
