Job Description
- Handling incoming leads and the distribution of it through the phone, social media or any advertising channels.
- Monitoring data/listings entry updates on the CRM, Property Finders, OLX …etc. systems.
- Gathering information required from sales team to update sales reports.
- Gathering & update market/competition data.
- Gathering new project surveys data.
- Arrange and participate in meetings and sales team activities
- Maintains a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards
- Works on shift basis during weekends through home “Answering phone calls, Responding any inquiries over the social media such as: Facebook”
- Conducting Quality/ follow up calls to maintain the best service presented to the clients.
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory. “Petty Cash”
- Assist staff with administrative duties as requested, to include but not limited to: faxing, mailing.
- Assume receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phone, route calls, and take messages.
- Other related duties might be assigned according to business needs.
