Job Description
- Allocate the monthly requirements in each department to avoid disrupting the productivity progress.
- Compile and inventory all required materials to be sufficient & mentioned in workflow plan - monthly basis.
- Counsel and technical support for the head of each subsidiary department to obtain accurately workflow.
- Check materials withdraw requiring for each department to fulfill their daily tasks.
- Coordinate between internal and external departments to avoid delaying in schedule progress, snags inflation.
- Direct staff for the importance of safety instructions by increasing staff awareness, the applying necessity.
- Guarantee and follow up the equipment department operational process in projects daily basis.
- Implement to filling all workflow templates daily basis to beneficiaries by their submitting.
- Verify the maintenance plan performing process, work assignments for each department daily basis to verify workflow quality.
- Estimate the time frame for improving proposals as priority & the expected expenses.
- Present monthly report for each subsidiary department productivity & obstacles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance & Heavy equipment.
- At least 3 years of Experience in related field.
- Construction Background.
