- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls& verifying information
- Reserve & entering client information
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Confirm with the clients with the reservation date & details
- Inform the determine departments about the reserved cases
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines;
- Recommending improved procedures
