Job Description
- Responsible for handling & maintaining customer portfolio (customer service, new contracts, offers, pricing, renewals, premium collection, problem solving …etc ).
- Following up on assigned corporate accounts.
- Reviewing medical claims as needed.
- Coordinating and attending regular meetings with customers and Insurance companies
- Supporting Sales team throughout the negotiation phase with the potential customers.
- Maintaining an open communication with both existing & potential customers.
- Creating reports as requested and maintaining an accurate filing system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy is required (Medicine/ dentistry is also considered).
- Solid Experience in Community Pharmacy. Previous experience in insurance is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Very Good Command of English Language & Computer Skills.
- Customer Service Oriented.
