About the Job

  • The Sales Team's main focus is to go in & take the lead from the Business Development Team and initiate the personal contact with the customer, to identify whatever they need from our products and support with presentations or demos and ensure that the timeline meets the requirements for 3S Software until closure.
  • Moreover, they build the financial offers and make the required negotiations to meet the customer's price point and provide the best profit margin for 3S Software. They embrace the CRM very actively in every step of the way, and cover the pre-sales cycle or monitor the process as best as they could exceed the customer expectations and win the deal.

Job Description

  • Drive new business with our software and professional services capabilities, as well as develop and close solution sales opportunities.
  • Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead management and qualification, business requirements, presentation, negotiations, closure.
  • Recognize the needs of the customers and provide detailed information for them about the technical specifications of 3S Software offerings.
  • Construct sales pitches and presentations.
  • Demonstrate product features before a sale.
  • Negotiate price for the sale.
  • Achieve your targets and make high returns for yourself and 3S Software.

Job Requirements

  • Major BSc. Computer Science/ Engineering, Business, or equivalent studies
  • Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Experience in Sales, preferably Software Sales.
  • Speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and communicate valuable options for them.
  • High Interpersonal Skills, handling customers’ inquiries and identifying meaningful features.
  • Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
