Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Organizing and scheduling appointments with CEO
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Follow up with client
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external issues
Job Requirements
- Only females
- Lives in el-sheikh Zayed city or nearby
- 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Excellent English speaking and written
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Team Work with excellent communication skills
- Detailed oriented and committed
