Job Description
- Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and Bank transfers transactions.
- Updates receivables by collecting unpaid invoices.
- Maintains records by Filling invoices, debits Notes, and credits notes
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Review customers legal documents
- Confirmation with intra group debtors
- Maintaining the billing system
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Understanding of all business processes
- Knowledge of tax legislation
- Experience in negotiation
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
